"2024 Dreams Come True Camp" hosted by Yongin Samsung Life Insurance at the Samsung Training Center (STC) on the 8th
The event, which was first held in 2017 and marks its fifth anniversary this year, is a program in which Samsung Life Insurance players and high school elite athletes train together and experience mentoring. It will be held for three days until the 10th. A total of 27 athletes from Bundang Management High School, Sookmyung Girls' High School, and Chuncheon Girls' High School will participate this year.
On the morning of the first day, the program was followed by stretching with team trainers and lunch at STC. The female high school athletes had a chance to become close to each other while having a delicious lunch, although they looked awkward at the training site for the first time. 메이저놀이터
In the afternoon, the main event was joint training and mini-games were played in groups of four. Coach Ha Sang-yoon and assistant coach Lee Mi-sun attended the event. High school girls sweated on the court with the Samsung Life Insurance players. It was a meaningful time for them to grow into a rare experience.
Lee Min-ji, a third grader at Sookmyung Girls' High School, said, "I participated last year and I'm participating this year. I worked out with professional sisters, but they are also very skilled and good at everything. I also ran in Gyeonggi Province. It will be a great motivation."
Lee Jae-eun, a senior at Bundang Management High School, said with a smile, "Thank you all for your kind treatment. There were so many things to learn. It was so nice to see everyone outside the court, full of energy."
Kim Ga-hee, a second grader at Chuncheon Girls' High School, also recalled, "I was so nervous, but I really looked forward to it. It's my first time training with other professional sisters like this at another school. It was a new experience and it was really fun."
The first day of the 2024 Dreams Come True camp ended with a meeting time between mentors and mentees at a cafe after dinner outside. On the 9th, the event will be concluded with skill training with trainer Ok Bum-joon and Everland tour, and on the last 10th, injury prevention education.
